We don't have tile on one small area of our roof. Neighbor above us complain to HOA as missing tiles and we are not maintaining our roof. It's violation of HOA rule. Jacob the owner/roofer came over and explain to us why it did not tiles at the first place. He recommended a solution so neighbor won't complain. He also carefully inspected our leaky skylights.
