Pier South Resort, Autograph Collection

This place was absolutely beautiful. I was scared because I couldn't tell by the pictures what our experience would be like but to my surprise it was amazing. It was clean , nice, and the location and my room view of the beautiful ocean was priceless. I wish I would of booked for longer but I will definitely be back. The staff our 1st day was excellent the vallet guy an front desk man we're so friendly and helpful. I definitely will return

The front desk staff is just superb at this hotel. We had a few requests and each time we were more than accommodated. Ashlee in particular was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to help make our stay wonderful. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the ample street parking so as not to have to utilize valet. We ended up with a free front row parking spot our whole trip. Sea180 Coastal Tavern (the attached restaurant) was also great, and had very friendly and professional staff. The view from our ocean front room was just perfect. Imperial Beach is a casual beach town and definitely not “upscale.” If you’re looking for fancy, IB is not where you should stay. But if you want a place that’s off the beaten path, far less touristy, and extremely friendly, Imperial Beach checks all the boxes. And it’s not even crowded. We enjoyed how uncrowded the public beach was, and this hotel has the absolute best beach access of any beach property I’ve stayed at. Ten steps to the water is truly hard to beat. We had a great experience and will for sure be back.

Beautiful

A great spot on the water. I was heading to Baja the next day and staying here was ideal with a very clean environment and a great view of the water. I really enjoyed my stay.

It's a nice little spot on Imperial Beach. Clean rooms, great staff, and decent rates. Worth it and will stay again.
