I got off work drove straight to this CVS Pharmacy to the Driv - thru. Mind you, I'm in so much pain, super tired and need meds.nThe Cashier was not empathetic, at all. I give her my insurance info. and she tells me, I need to go inside. I ask why I needed to go inside? Cashier: Well I need to run your insurance! Me: ok well go ahead and run it. If I wanted to come inside, I would've walked in. I ask her nicely, Could you please run my insurance and give me my medication? She says no u need to come inside! I tell her, look here I'm in pain!!! I'm not feeling well. I'm not in the mood to go inside. Please!!! This is the second time this happened. It's not right...Stop trying to force your customers to go inside the store. I sat there waited while she ran my insurance and gave me my medication.nI Thanked the lady, she didn't say a word. I wished her a Good evening and went on my way.nI've been coming here for years, What happened to Customer Service here? I use to like this CVS Pharmacy Drive - thru.nI'm giving this CVS 3 stars. I'm happy that you gave me my medication. Thank You!
