I wanted a bike for health and cruising. Not sure what I was walking into. I was overwhelmed and almost ready to walk away. Then Parker stepped into the picture. I appreciate the patients and time spent with me in making my choice in a first time purchase for a Giant. I've had work done on a few bikes here and the mechanic work has been good. Not giving 5 stars for a couple reasons. When ordering an item or getting bike work done, they don't call to let you know your stuff is ready, you gotta call, even tho they say they're gonna call you. Also, got a tune up there and asked for a new crank setup, we agreed on a price and when I picked up my bike they had added a derailleur to make the new setup work. Obv it needed to be done but they didn't call to give me a heads up on the extra part/charge.nThe mechanic work done on my bike was good and I'm happy with it, and the workers are always nice and generally helpful. Their customer service/communication is not great, I would say.

Very cool location. Lots of parking and a well stocked store even when they were having a big Labor Day sale. We got the clothes we needed for an upcoming outing and all were on sale. Love 1/3 or more off the price.

Really great shop with even better people. Super helpful, and they carry great bikes and accessories. Really excited to have found such a great neighborhood bike shop.

This place is in the heart of LA with a huge mural of Kobe on the side the building. They definitely know their stuff and will take care of you, great customer service. I definitely recommend it to anyone.
