Warwick was a dream to work with and the location has a perfect area for test rides, he helped patiently for about three hours while I agonized over what I wanted, In the end, I settled on what was once his personal Dualtron Thunder. We’re roughly the same height so it was setup perfectly for my build, and it was practically a steal at the demo price. If I could give him 6 stars I would, It’s refreshing to have someone actually discussing pros and cons with you rather than just saying whatever they have to to make a sale.

Thank you Ryddo. Yeah! I got my electric Hummingbird.Deliver was fast. Happy about the experience. Nice service. Hummingbird is well designed, I like how light weight it is for me. So easy to lift it and put into my car. Biking around the city during sunset time makes my day happy. For those who bought Hummingbird, happy to connect with other birds:)

Ever since a few months ago when I hit Ryddo up about their line-up and what they could provide me, the Customer service has been none other than superb. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and my experiences. I have purchased a Super73 and a number of accessories to improve my overall riding experience. I believe currently as of today, this may be the only shop in all of Southern California with Super73 RX's in stock. Do not look elsewhere, no need to spend countless hours finding the next best shop. Ryddo will find what you need, if they don't have it, they'll order it. Everyone and their cousins are looking for an electric scooter or bike, Ryddo does just that. Please do yourselves a favor and check out their website, book an appointment and the rest will be a breeze. As you can see, the angry 1-star reviews are probably a bot, competitor or just some salty customer who may have had a misunderstanding.

I put a deposit down on a pre-order dualtron storm in August Of 2020 . Ryydo Had pre-order slots and mini motors USA and other places did not so I went with them.It was a long ride because they were many issues with the device itself as this is a new 72 volt monster In addition there were issues with customs so delays were considerable but the most important thing is the customer service was absolutely outstanding these guys responded to every single one of my emails and we’re very upbeat and optimistic about their productnI’m still waiting for my Dualtron X2nBut I know that this company is honorable and upfront about everything and that was comforting to know even more impressive was the fact they texted me to tell me how to be extra careful so that I didn’t get injured on these beasts And that honestly impressed me the most I will do all of my electric toy buying from these guys they are really an outstanding teamnnThanks guys!!!!

Sold us a bike with hub motor issues. The bike caused a dangerous crash yesterday. They will not honor warranty. I definitely do not recommend.
