I bought a fully remodeled mobile here recently. The company that owns the park now is remodeling the mobiles. I believe this park has a bright future.
I was shocked at the way the park owners allow the tenants to have such a messy yard. One in particular looked like a garbage dump site! I heard they are raising the rent, I cannot imagine paying so much for rent and having to live near such filth.
New owners are doing a good job fixing and manager is awesome
