I have been ordering from Dan’s for 20 years. Ordered $350 worth of parts 7/2019... it’s now 12/2019 have not received the parts. Emailed 3 times to check on status. Did not receive a reply. Attempted to call, without success. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Do not order from them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a seat post and a seat and was given the run around for weeks. They told me that the products were backordered (seat was on sale), but it took weeks to finally get a reply back from them as to why the products didnt ship. They told me the products would be in stock soon, And they would ship as soon as they were available. I told them I would wait a week max before asking for a refund. They never shipped so I asked for my money back. They promptly told me they would refund me and that it would take a few days for the refund to post on my account. Lie. I never got a refund and am now fighting with my bank. 9 weeks later and still nothing. They are huge scammers.
Does Dan's Comp exist anymore? There stores in Evanville and Mount Vernon have closed.
