Great room but coffee was cold. Digital key not working. Friendly staff who was apologetic. The room was very comfortable with a newer mattress so that's the main thing for us. Try not to book a room near the laundry as it's noisy at night.
Ronald the night shift guy deserves a RAISE IMMEDIATELY. He was so helpful and answered many questions that we had at a late hour. This man was so friendly it warmed my heart. I rarely write reviews but he is much deserving of one.
im so aggravated with my stay. we come here all the time and of course this time we stay here and our microwave dose not work and we where told all they could do is give us an apology???????? like excuse me? we where here to nights and both nights didn't work. we where told they will fix it next day which is 4/10/2021 we checked in 4/09/2021 and we called all we got was a sorry? I get it that stuff happens but we could of at least got put in another room.. sorry the money isn't worth it.. highly disliked my stay and I will make sure family and friends do not stay here.
Very nice, spacious room. Quiet & comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Very Covid friendly. I felt very comfortable during my stay. Clean location. The walls are a little thin, I could hear my neighbors tv all night. But it was not too bad, maybe they had the volume high. Friendly staff.
