I was there yesterday at 6pm and the front desk was absolutely rude and her attitude was horrendous , she failed to give us her name and corporate and mind you even management was no help at all !! It took me until today to get my refund back !!! And they kept trying to decline my refund although I booked with in less than 24 hours ud83dude13 worst hotel I’ve ever been to .
The location is a bit creepy if you are traveling alone. I got there and looked for other places to stay in the parking lot before checking in. I asked them to charge the card on file, not mine used for incidentals, my card was charged. It smelled. Very outdated appearance. Cheap soap and shampoo/conditioner. I just didn't feel comfortable. I plan on staying at the casino when I go down again next month.
Nice location, clean but owner seems cheap. Plenty of rooms avaikable and at 2am woukd not lower price of room since half the day was gone. Forget breakfast, they make it if they have time, seems computers are always down. House maids are friendly, easy to talk to, and attractive.
Stayed Friday the 18th and our stay was nice.nLobby is warming with a fireplace and breakfast room was clean & they even let you make your own waffle. Big variety of breakfast items.nClean room!nI will stay again next time I go to RI or Mass
Great staff ! Clean affordable rooms ! Nice landscaping !!
