Awesome stay!! Mike from the front desk is AWESOME!! We got to the hotel late, our girls (18 months and 2 1/2) were very restless and tired of being still for so long. Mike brought them each presents! He took us to our room and made sure everything was good for us. Mike and another girl (sorry, we can't remember her name) helped my husband get all of our stuff up to the room so I could get the girls fed and settled (17 days with 2 kids requires a lot of stuff). Everyone has been super nice and very helpful.nThey have real hot breakfast too!!!nVery nice, clean hotel. We were here for the grand opening. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!
My wife and I spent 3 months here with our giant dog because of a house fire. They were excellent to us. The entire staff worked together as a team make sure we felt like it was a home away from home. Adriana Sales Mgr and Jennifer asst gen mgr were fantastic together in helping us. Also, a big thank you to Mike the front counter guy for being super friendly and I think he loves my dog more than I do.nThank you, and please keep up the great work!!!
My family stayed here during a house fire we had in October. I had to find a place to stay fast because out house was inhabitable. The staff was so friendly the hotel had only been open for about a week. They upgraded us when we explained we just had a house fire which was so kind. They staff was always so friendly and quick to resolve any problems. They gave little gifts to my 4 year old daughter as we just had a house fire she lost all her stuff. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will stay here if I need a hotel again. You will not regret your stay here they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable,
Super clean and modern hotel. The entire staff has been selected to provide the best experience of your stay. Breakfast was great. I needed a page printed fast and a quick phone call to the front desk resolved my challenge quickly. Thank you Mike and the entire team for an excellent stay at your hotel.
Look no further, this is the place to stay. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are modern and clean. Great location!Hotel is next to the highway and many restaurants. Back exit of the parking lot leads directly into the linclon mall which includes a grocery store, bowling, target, and more. A great place for an extended. Suite includes a big kitchen with all necessities. Highly recommend to book your next stay here.
