Paid for the suite with the water view rooftop patio. No heat. Absolutely freezing. Surely no waterfront view. Door to patio was broken and would not lock. Completely unsafe. We sat in our soaking wet coats for an hour in the freezing cold room waiting for a manager to call who was apparently not even on the property. I ended up sitting in the car trying to get warm with $100 worth of take out anniversary dinner food cold and ruined from sitting for over an hour. We’ve stayed here multiple times and loved it. This is our last time. Never again. Our anniversary ruined. Expensive meal I was looking forward. Ruined. Such a shame.

Cute place. The reason for only 3 stars no fridge to place your food in from all the delicious restaurants in the area. And no secure WiFi...

Lovely location next to the waterfront. Nice restaurant immediately adjacent to the Inn with outdoor dining. No amenities and no on-site coffee/snacks. Parking is free but is off-site down the road (difficult to find in the dark). We stayed in Room 205 and had horrible noise 3 times in the middle of the night. The whole room was shaking; it lasted for 2 minutes each time and was very scary. Manager seemed to be unaware of this but....from the review below it has happened previously in this room and is due to a machine room close by. Ridiculous and unconscionable that they continue to use this room. Room was clean and decent sized. Bathroom was good sized. Beds were fine. Hallway had several steps which necessitated dragging luggage up and down steps. Was in the area for a business trip and this was the best of the possible choices.
