I booked at the Perrysburg Ohio location. Was given a price for 2 nights , handicapped accessible and 2 dogs . They held my card information. Was given a confirmation. When I checked in told them we would be paying cash. They changed the price adding more for my dogs. I agreed . When my husband went to pay they increased it again . We were so upset we cancalled the second night and are leaving on the morning . Never ever have I been treated like this . We will never stay with this chain again .
The lobby and hallways are clean. The room had soiled linen and pillows. The bathtub had hair everywhere including the shower walls and soap dish. A picture is included. The toilet had not been cleaned. Matrix provided a shower for us across the hall. He figured that was enough compensation. He asked what did I want and I said a reduction. There was no reduction provided.nThe pool is ripped apart and won't be ready for at least 4 months.
I was only in the room 30 mins found roaches in the room was told to call in the morning and get my money refunded then they said I smoked in the room and I don’t even smoke I’d never stay there it’s a family that lives there that’s the owners so trashy
