Clean, orderly. Great execution of Covid protocol.
The bed was hard. I realize bed preference is relative, however this bed had seen better days. The floor would have been better. There was a strange smell consistently in the hall way. It was a cross between body oder and construction. This hotel casters to the young and families there was alot of loudness and running around at night.
Very clean rooms. No bugs. Pool hours are ridiculous. So if you want to enjoy that i guess get 2 nights or a different hotel. Quality inns pool hours are 6am to 11 pm here its only 12 to 8. And you cant check in until 3 and check out is 11 so definitely not worth it if your just looking to swim and enjoy yourself. Smh.
The staff was very friendly. I believe her name was Jenna, was very accommodating to our situation. The room was comfortable. Could use a little extra cleaning in the bathrooms, we found hair on the floor. We would stay again.
Absolutely wonderful stay. Brought our 2 dogs with us. Very reasonable price to bring pets compared to other hotels. Made sure we were the bottom floor right next to an exit door. Very friendly! Room was clean and accommodating.
