Management allows residents to leave threatening hostile notes on other residents doors allows residents to leave their trash can in parking spaces and at the road all week but will charge for 2 piles of dog poop being in the yard. Too much concern for the parks image and not the comfort and ease of the residents. Maintenance man is also a junkie strung out on heroin living in the shop at the park

Would not move there mangers is dirty does not manage anything just says email the owner .the owner does not respond but will take your money. and raise lot rent at least twice a year recommend not to move there.

I wouldn't live there. The manager, Debbie, likes to tell everyone who is getting evicted when they come to look at trailer. We also witnessed her at someone's door hollering about a family being evicted because they are behind on payments. That wasn't mine, or anyone elses business, but she made sure everyone around them knew they were struggling. Which is SHAMEFUL. She has no business managing anything if she can't have respect for others privacy. We left right after that, and we don't plan on returning. I feel sorry for anyone living there under that kind of management. It's pitiful and she should be ashamed of herself. She has no business telling anyone anything about someone else being evicted, nor does she have business telling at people on their front steps. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for even evicting people during this crisis. How do you sleep at night knowing you put families on the street during a pandemic?

Live here now they the management some of the owners are dirty we got a 3 bedroom the former maintenance guy who did rehab work didn't even finish or do the job properly they took my down payment and i made my payment's for over a year I'm out 4 grand best advice stay away from here alot of dirty thing's that go on here and all they want is your money they don't care if the screw you over which they will if i could give them zero stars i would.so 5 months later and still nothing yea kinda figured that out good way to work for your tenants.
