I could not have asked for an easier, more informative process than the one I experienced at this store on Saturday. I walked in with the intention of buying an Electric Bike, but still had many questions that I knew would be answered best in person. They were a little busy with some rentals when I walked in, but smoothly handled the transition from helping a line of customers, to quickly showing me everything I needed to know in regards to my decision. After discussing the options and deciding which product worked best for my needs, I took the BagiBike for a test ride and instantly fell in love. Went back in to finalize the purchase and was on my way. Every part of my visit here was enjoyable, and I would recommend their business to anyone without hesitation.

Bought a Bagi B10 about a month ago. Little over 650 miles and not a single issue!! Love this bike. Got my first flat tire yesterday and been in contact with Mark to get this resolved. He said he will help me get back on my bike in no time! ✅

Mark & Dan are super helpful and friendly. They diagnosed & fixed a small issue with my bike while I waited, were very understanding about an exchange when I bought the wrong inner tube, and have even offered advice on my bike over the phone. In addition to their e-bike selection, if you need parts or service for bikes of any type or age, I definitely recommend them!

Came in with four broken spokes. Very eager to help quick easy in and out. Great price only $20.00 to fix. These gentleman were satisfactory. I definitely recommend this shop to everyone I will be back thanks again guys.

Bristol Bikes saved the day when I showed up to Bristol (50 mins from home) ready for a ride and realized one of the nuts on my quick release skewer had fallen off when i took my wheel off my bike. They were friendly, gracious and found me a replacement part within minutes. I am so grateful for this gem of a small business and would encourage everyone to stop in to shop there if they can!
