My stay as always was Great!!! The Beautiful, Magnificent Staff of Ladies...Natalie, Rhonda, and Audrea made my stay a very pleasant one. I absolutely love staying here...it gives me peace of mind and relaxation.nLooking forward to more stays here at the Hampton Inn Newcomerstown OH ud83dudc4d

A few months ago we stayed at the Hampton for a few days. Due to COVID there were not many amenities, which was understandable but the rooms were clean. Unfortunately, I forgot a personal pillow behind that I need for medical reasons from a past broken bone. I called 4 separate times to try to get the pillow shipped to me. Every time I was told they would take care of it and I gave my phone #, address, and credit card information for the shipping charges. I never got my pillow back, even after speaking to the general manager. I understand this was my fault but when I as a customer am promised that something will be attended to, it should be honored. We will likely return to this hotel but let this serve as a warning to future guests to triple check you have grabbed all your belongings!

A nice hampton inn in a small town. The room above us made noise until late at night but that's to be expected I guess. The girls at the reception desk were very nice. The hot breakfast was a disappointment. No bagels, bread, waffles or pastries, only eggs and potatoes.

This Hampton Inn is right off of I77 in Newcomerstown, OH. The staff is friendly and always willing to help or make your stay better. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use a remodel especially the bathrooms. They did have hot breakfast and it was what you would expect. I stayed over 10 nights here and it gets pretty crowded on the weekends and can be a bit noisy. Overall not a bad hotel I would stay here again for business.
