It's a decent hotel for the price. This hotel doesn't charge an incidental deposit hold and it's in walking distance of Pilot truck stop. Only issue I have is, I feel they need new mattresses cause I was moved 3 times and all the beds were soft and you sink, but it wasn't a bad place. Front desk clerk Ryan was very pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. I would stay again.
Average hotel, the beds were really comfortable and the room seemed pretty clean. The heater smelled like something was burning when I turned it on, so I slept without it, and the cleaning staff was really noisy in the hall early in the morning. Don't expect to sleep past 8am.
Kudos to your staff!!! So kind. We had to stop due to the weather. I walked in with my daughter and ask if he had any rooms for the night as we could not make it any where else. He was so kind and said yes we have rooms. The room was great and kid friendly. Actually the place was kid friendly. Nice size room and so great to have a microwave and mini fridge since this wasn’t a planned stay. In the morning I took my kiddo’s down for breakfast. They were so excited because they were able to pick what they wanted. The kitchen staff was so kind!!!nThank you sooo much for such a great stay. If we are ever in the area again we definitely will stay here again!!!!
I never had such bad experience in my life! Not everything, but for $150 it sure wasn't worth it. For that price I deserve a clean room and the room I booked when making the reservation. 1-5 stars? I never complain and I can't even make it a one. Smh!
People are very nice in there. The room is so clean and big with low price. I will be there if I travel the national park next time
