My boyfriend and I had a lovely, albeit short, stay.nnI called ahead while traveling to check room availability & was able to reserve a room on the spot. Check-in was simple and quick and we were in our room in no time.nnOur bed and the linens were super comfy & cozy. The room was very clean and the towels in the bathroom quite soft.nnTwo things kept this from being a 5-star rating:nn1. The breakfast limitations. Yes, Covid-19 has caused places to minimize their offerings. I get that & have no problem with a continental breakfast. BUT, the only thing they had out was coffee, tea bags to make your own hot tea (not enough hot water to even make a whole cup) and water. No juice or milk. We had to ask for it despite it being listed on the menu board. (We did get some juice after asking.)nn2. Our room had a coffee pot & cups, but only decaf was in the room, which is not the norm for a stay at Hampton Inn.nnWould definitely stay here again.

Great rate, very clean, great breakfast, nice pool and exercise area. Near to activities in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We'd stay here again for sure!nOnly thing that I took a star away was for the staff person at the front desk without a mask. I can understand being in the back and having it off when working alone, but not when interacting with a customer is at the desk. She even poured our morning breakfast milk w/o a mask.

Barb took good care of me. She didn't laugh to hard at me being a scatter brain. She recommended an excellent Mexican restaurant called Cozumels. Room and area was clean and quiet. I will stay here again.

Arrived late evening greeted by very friendly staff. Had an issue with digital key, staff brought the key up to me. Instead of me running back and forth. Morning staff was friendly and the breakfast was better than expected during a pandemic. The staff went above and beyond expectations when I forgot an item in my room. I never felt at risk of Covid during my stay. Great job Hampton Inn Richfield.
