The front desk staff is beyond rude and definitely profile people by how they look. They have not once but twice lied and said they're booked up but when I am trying to book a room online neither of them have tried to help me. The first time they actually called the police on me because I told them I booked my room and they said I didn't showed them the reservation and they then lied and said it wasn't showing up in their computer I'll never rent a room from there ever.

Stayed there from July always paid up front by the month. End of October paid in advance for November & December taking me to January 4 decide to take a trip mid November came back first part of December to be told my stay is now only good till December 25 because new manager raised everyone rates & tried to charge laundry fees I never used was going to go back to finish out my stay after Christmas but now if I want to keep room its $300 more when I'm already pre paid till January 4th plus come to find out someone tested positive for covid & they won't tell us who .nI JUST WANT MY 2 WEEKS I HAVE LEFT REIMBURSE!!

Liked the rooms clean and spacious. Have to bring you own dishes ect. Full size frog with stove top to cook on. Staff is decent but could be much more attentive! Frequently booting people out but i dont know all sides of the stories i have witnessed..... have a secured building. Must have a card to get on site due to secured doors. Most hotels people who do not have a room can still roam halls but not this one!!!

I love it here, best price for an extended stay hotel. I like having the chance to do my laundry. Only thing is my room smells like mold or smoke. The staff are very nice and personable. Only thing I have issue with is the Nickle and dime charges for internet and dish soap and cooking implements. Especially being so dang close to Walmart.
