Even though they were under construction, Stephanie B and the others were amazing! Made my stay outstanding.
Kim is great. Always helpful and goes out of her way to be friendly. Good location the renovations are coming along well.
I feel as though the evening clerk Jeanie profiled my daughter and I. She asked irrelevant questions and the security guard even followed my daughter off the elevator in an effort to find out which room we were in. Jeanie called my room and told me they had a NO GLITTER POLICY although I had no glitter and she saw me with no glitter. She even told me there was a maximum of 4 people in a room due to covid. However I had 2 suites that bed more than 4 people. I also couldn't find that information on the website.
It was great. People at the front desk were awesome.
Everything was great. No issues. Quick check-in.
