The staff is over the top nice.. Almost like Stepford wives. If you've seen it, you understand. They have a giant pool. Kids can get in and adults can lounge and even if there are other people in there, you don't have to be anywhere near them. The rooms are like apartments. Full size fridge, dishwasher, giant flat screens, and they're CLEAN.
Absolutely amazing place to stay especially with children. The staff was very friendly and it's incredibly clean. My family will start staying here every trip!
The room was awesome. The cleanliness is another story, the carpeting was very stained and there was an area that looked very bad with very dark stains. When I went to bed I took my bracelet off to put in the end table and I dropped it, upon bending down to retrieve it I noticed something as I used my cane to pull it out it was a pair of pants that obviously was from a prior patron. This means that in this time of covid these rooms aren't being properly cleaned and that's not good, especially when it's not a cheap place or brand.
Great hotel thanks to Amanda the housekeeper I had a great stay she was very polite helpful made sure I had everything that I needed and she’s a great cleaner!!!!!!!!! She went beyond and out to keep everything nice clean and smelling good . I will be staying here again Thanks Amanda
