Couldn't get clean sheets at night because the managers daughter said 'it wasn't her job', during the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Both night staff refused to help and berated us for even asking. My cat had an accident the next evening on my blanket so I had to sleep in the chair. Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life and in all my travels to multiple countries. Door lock is broken, electric outlets on side walls don't work so no TV or fridge or microwave or majority of the lights in room and I have had to stay here since September 11, 2020 while working through veteran outreach organization for housing. Stay anywhere but here. This only cover 2 days worth of issues.... there's much more.nnI was kicked out.
No cleaning service and these people have attitude problems. Waited on towels for a week and still haven't had the room cleaned once in 7 days! Do not recommend
Floor was disgusting, toilet was clogged, mattress very uncomfortable. Barely hot water for shower, no refrig, micro or coffee as stated for the room we paid for. Shady area, people in cars hanging out in the parking lot. Would not recommend this Red Roof. Traveling to visit family here and will find another dog friendly hotel for our next trip.
The office staff is somewhat rude to be honest. But the cleaning staff is very friendly and more then happy to offer assistance in any way possible.
My family and I needed a room for one night while traveling. We booked this based on the fact it was pet friendly and looked decent enough in pictures. It is by stores and restaurants so we thought it looked nice. When we arrived police were present because a customer was doing meth and had to be removed from the place. There was a strange man staying a few rooms down with the door open, blaring music and pulling his pants up. We figured, whatever, people are weird and it was a Saturday night at a cheaper place. When we went to our room none of us wanted to touch anything. The floor was dirty in the corners of the room. Half of the lights were burned out. It smelled of cigarettes and was labeled a non smoking room. The bedding had huge burn holes in it and a blood stain. We slept without blankets and got up early to get out of there. I would recommended staying elsewhere for $20 more.
