We wanted 2 rooms next to each other. We did not get that. We were told that the first room was ready but that the second room would be ready in half hour or less. Ok. Fine. We decided to wait in the first room with our teens. We walk in and the marijuana smell was overpowering. An hour and a half later we were finally given our second room. It was nasty. I've never been to a hotel that had a nasty dirt ring around the tub. Lukewarm water. Raw wiring coming out of walls. Dust so thick I could write in it. The beds looked like they were made by a 12 year old. The pics speak for themselves. Don't stay here unless you're comfortable with filth.
Needs a serious cleaning. Get rid of the smoke filled carpets. The irony of threatening smokers with a $200 fine. Bottom line.....stay somewhere else.
Called in to confirm room availability 10 hours before arriving and they stated that they had rooms available and would reserve the rooms for us. 10+ hours drive later they had no rooms after we've arrived. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. Had the audacity to say last minute they would have rooms the next day like we could fast forward time. Luckily other places had rooms.
I didn't see any bugs or any other kind of Drama so that's worth a 4 star rating to me.
Staff is very friendly. But the rooms are disgusting. We've given this hotel at least 5 chances and everytime the rooms are nasty. Blood stains on the ceiling. Mud on the sheets. Hair in the bathtub. Good stuck to the table. And toothpaste on the counter.nAfter giving more than a fair shot we will never stay at a privately owned quality inn again.
