Beautiful place. I was just visiting a friend, but the townhomes are magnificent. Too many rules for my taste, but definitely beautiful homes.

These townhomes are advertised as having spacious floor plans. I guess if they are comparing it to a very tiny apartment, then yes. What I saw was a compact and narrow living room that transitioned immediately into a small kitchen space. My furniture was barely going to fit into the master bedroom. I would have had to buy a smaller couch to fit the living room. There is no garage for storing anything. No place for bicycles. You get a small cement pad directly behind your back door but you're not allowed to put anything around it, only directly on it, which would block the back door from opening. There's a small kitchen closet and a small entryway closet for coats and other tiny things. The overall lack of storage would have been a cramped nightmare for us. The upstairs bedrooms were okay and it was nice that there was a second bathroom. For that I will rate as 3 stars. Even being new, I thought $985 was hardly a steal. I do hope it is working out for other families but I'm glad that I did not move in here.

I have been calling for a month now. I have left messages on the off days and no one returns my calls. I call on the 3 days they say they are open, but no one answers, leave message, no one returns the call. Im not sure how they expect to run a business if no one works there. I like these townhomes, and would really like to live here, for location purpose, but not worth the agony.

Yeah. They’re nice and beautiful and all BUT however, maintenance NEVER answers the phone. I’ve been here since they opened up in October. Never really any problems other than that. My shower/ faucet in my bathroom has been making a screeching noise for an entire week. Nothing has been done about it yet. Very very high pitched annoying sound. On top of having a teething 6 month old. Not happy at all

Very nice and quiet. Close to shopping center. Just wish they could of build more they are basically filled up already but not complaining. You can see why people are loving them
