Always fresh food! Always clean
I moved to Giant Eagle Pharmacy from Walgreens after changing insurances and Walgreens becoming far too expensive. I have found the experience to be extremely sub par and frustrating. The first time I picked up prescriptions, I waited 1.5 hours for one because there was a billing issue. I was also treated very poorly by the woman who was ringing me out, I don't remember her name. I was treated poorly when I brought in good-RX coupons as I would rather not spend $600 on a 3 month supply of my prescriptions. Overall, if/when I find another pharmacy that has my prescriptions from the same price, I will be jumping. Until then, I will literally miss filling prescriptions because of the anxiety picking them up from this place gives me.
