Worst 3 day experience in a motel iof my life. The first morning, it was 5 min past check out and I was getting my kids together and the front desk woman came barging into our room. We had to sit outside in the cold with my 9 month old and 2 year old freezing. We were getting the room again and the woman screamed at me to get out. The second and third day, we were charged extra because of being 5 min past check out the first day. We were never given toilet paper or fresh towels and half of the link fhts didn't have light bulbs. On our last day, we were taking our stuff to the car and one of the men cleaning the rooms yelled at me to close the door. I didn't realize it was open and told him I'm sorry. He said yes your sorry and started yelling in a different language. I've never had such horrible customer service or hotel service in my life. The people who work here are extremely rude! Do not recommend!!!
nice rooms with individual garage to park your car.
we had to switch rooms because the first room smelled awful..then the second room we were moved to had roaches!! Terrible experience!
