Haven’t had any major issues here but they told me they called the doctor’s office for a refill. The doctor’snoffice said they didn’t call. Don’t know who is at fault but it would be nice if everyone was on the same page.
I love Giant Eagle, but my family and I will not use their pharmacy anymore. My husband transferred a prescription from Walgreens on Portage and Frank because we are closer to Louisville. The pharmacy tech was very rude to him. I'm not sure how the rest of the staff is, but we'll be making the drive to Walgreens where they have treated us very kindly.
