This place going down hill. Not the people living there,it's the fact that it's nearly empty. If they're not selling trailers to the people and renting them then they should be ashamed of what they are renting people.
Needs work but has open lots. Don't know the ppl who run it.
If you want to constantly drive through pot holes and look at run down trailers, this is the place to be. Out of surrounding trailer parks, in comparison, this one is one of the scummy ones.
Poor mobile estate park.trailors are old and in disrepair
