I like the place☺☺
One of the nicer parks in the area. Kept clean and trailers are in good repair.
Manager owner is a biotch, if she takes a dislike to you, shell biotch and look for every little thing to biotch about. She has her favorites and you can tell. Mow your grass often, nothing laying in yard including kids bikes, porches keep clean, no holes in skirting,your throwing away to many bags of trash, you have too many cars , have to charge you xtra,you need to wash your trailer, your trl needs painted. No pools it will kill the grass, those trees are to close to trl cut them down,. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
I have lived here for many years and it is pretty quiet with a nice pool. I would recommend a friend to live there.
