I live here nice place lots of kids
The park manager Sharon is not a very good person or manager she tries to break contract and make up new rules after the contract is already signed she seems nice at first. But then she gets you there and will change with in an instant. She will try pulling one on anyone and it’s not very cool. Just a fair warning before you make a decision about living in this trailer park.
Wish my mom could afford to move her trailer. That place is going to the birds. They pick on people. Charge prices for things they shouldn't and let people in there that are bad and refuse good people. Work the good managers to death and treat them bad.
High end trailer park
This park was great(WAS), years ago. They scared people out though. They quit caring and the flooding has only got worse. Lot rent constantly goes up and there super stingy about the way your trailer looks but don't bother maintaining the parks trailers.
