The park itself is fine. The 3* rating is for the driveway/ roads. The problem is the people and children who live there walk the streets like the old west. Walking in the center of the road and riding bikes and walk/ ride right out in front of moving vehicles.nVery surprised someone hasn't been hit.

I lived there 5 years and the place definitely got better over the years! Monica is a great manger and super helpful And understanding! Nice friendly neighborhood! I felt safe and comfortable living there
