the boat seems to be in order and comfortable, super friendly staff, great amenities, and fantastic view. Only nixed it one star as I've never spent a night aboard, so I'm not sure how good sleeping arrangements are. also be warned getting too friendly with owner may result in random follow up communication in the fall/winter, these can range from friendly check-in's to requesting assistance for winterizing said property.
