Excellent customer service experience. Great location. Great price. Love the breakfast when nobody else is even offering breakfast during covid 19 restrictions. Pool is open with restrictions of course. Overall great!ud83dude0a✌ud83cuddfaud83cuddf8
Bed was very comfortable! The hallways smelled like someone sweat so much and didn't take a shower! It stinks so bad. The Chandlers has many dead bugs inside the glass cup. The room was clean. They have Breakfast grab and go which didn't have enough food and drinks in it.
Had a good stay. Got the hot tub room (room 106) and it was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Walls are a little thin... could hear tv and loud talking in next room over. Lucked out and they didn't keep it up all night. Breakfast is ok, few warm items and other typical cold items.
The staff at Best Western was truly the highlight of my stay. Upon checking in, Keiana (sorry if I’m misspelling) went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding!! I couldn’t imagine a more competent and exemplary employee than her!! Five big stars all the way!!
I'm very happy to be close to my dad he is I'll the staff was super nice except the first night
