I love this place. Friendly and peaceful. Only hotel in Seville that allows smoking. Very appreciated I was able to enjoy my stay without going outside in the cold just for a cig. I love the staff they did everything they could to make my visit pleasant. Clean, big comfy beds. Even had a fridge/ freezer in my room next to a dresser and full size desk.
The staff member Dani was a great help. The room next to mine decided at 4:30am to have a phone conversation on speakerphone. Called front desk and she spoke with room, then at 6:00am clock radio in that room went off to loud music..this continued for 2 hours then back to speaker phone conversation.....Dani left a very nice apology note under my door but seems you can't control disrespectful neighbors....
We absolutely loved this location. Our stay was clean, comfortable, and worry free. Staff was very friendly and accommodated our every want and need, they were also very receptive to constructive criticism on minor flaws and made instant efforts to improve on them. As a hospitality industry employee I was very impressed with the Super 8 Seville and look forward to returning.
It was ok. I don't like that ppl are allowed to smoke in the hotel. Had I known that it was a smoking facility I wouldn't of NEVER booked a room there.
Very clean, and employees was polite and very friendly. They handed out breakfast bags. The beds and rooms was nice and clean, very quit for a night sleep.
