We have engaged Hinckley Roofing on several occasions for both our personal home, as well as for out rental properties. We typically deal with Nick, who is vastly knowledgeable and detail oriented.nnRecently, we called Nick to come out and assess our roof because of an inspection that was done for the sale of our house. The inspector shed doubt on the condition of the roof, without even going up on the roof. Nick completed a thorough assessment of our roof, took several photos and provided us with detailed documentation of the roof’s condition, concluding there were no issues with the condition of the roof.nnAs we are not able to get up on our roof, it is important to trust someone that is going to be honest and not try to upsell you on something you do not need. A great company to work with. I was on a very tight time table and it took no more than a few weeks to get a quote and roof replaced! Travis the sales rep was super informative, respectful and professional. The install team was great to work around our schedule and replaced the entire roof in 8 hours. A great product and warranty, I would recommend them to anyone!

We had an excellent experience with Hinckley roofing and all its employees. The estimator was very professional and provided good information on the type of roof and materials to be used when installing our new roof. Many good choices of designs. The office staff followed up to make sure we knew when to expect installation. The crew that removed the old roof and installed the new roof were professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. We were impressed with their work ethic. They started at 7 am and were finished with the installation by 6:35 pm. They work site was clean and back in original condition when they left. Throughout the day they kept us informed as to what they were doing to complete the job. We definitely would recommend this company to others.

Just had a really beautiful Owens Corning Duration 50 year / 130mph / 10 year algae-proof roof installed by Hinckley Roofing. This is the first roof I've ever had replaced. Last fall Tony from Hinckley came out and gave me an extremely thorough walk-through of all the details of the work they would perform and of the quality materials they'd use (along with a thick binder and samples). They quickly provided a detailed and competitive estimate (I had quotes from a lot of companies). My favorite part is that they gave a list of local houses where the exact shingles I wanted were installed so I could go take a look for myself. There's only so much you can see in a book or online, but seeing it in person made me know exactly how it would look in the real world. I'll be staring at it for the next 50 years so I really wanted to be sure I liked it.nnI decided to go with Hinckley as I've recognized their name since I was a kid, and because of the recommendations of my family members who had used them. The bad weather came and we had to wait a while, but when it finally broke after a long winter I was happy to hear they'd be coming.nnOn the work-day they arrived at day-break (it was still cold in the morning) and they were already hard-at-work. Within the day they had the roof replaced. They even hauled away the trash that day same, no dumpster to take up my driveway for a week like I've seen with my neighbors.nnI felt good about my choice in Hinckley from the beginning, and now that my house looks brand new, I feel good about Hinckley as I write the check for my new roof (which incidentally was exactly the price they quoted, not a penny more).nnWith the 50 year warranty it may well be the last roof I have replaced, I have a feeling my kids or grandkids will call Hinckley again when the time comes. It's an honest, local, family business around for decades in a world full of insurance-chasing scammers and fly-by-night companies.
