We had Mark come out to walk the roof and secure some loose gutter screws when we first moved into our house in July. Last night, after 3 days of severe weather we noticed a leak in our roof. I called Mark around 7:30 and left a voicemail, and he called me back shortly thereafter. I explained what was happening, and he told me that he had a complicated roofing job going but would make every effort to get out in the next day or two. He was able to make a stop early in the afternoon, identified the issue, and fix the flashing issue causing the leak.nnWith the contractors we've used the past couple months on various other house projects, we've come to expect that we will not be treated as a priority or even get a reply to the first few phone calls we make. However, Mark called me right back even thought I had left a voicemail after business hours, and he made getting to us a priority even thought our issue was relatively small and contained. That sort of service seems to be increasingly rare these days.
