Jenkins was phenomenal. I called at 4:30 on Friday, and Blake came out before 5:00 to take a look at a missing shingle. He told me they'd be back over the weekend to get up on the roof and inspect everything further. They were back within 2 days, walked the roof and fixed the shingle. It actually was a cosmetic issue, the shingle simply flipped up and no further wind damage was found. They tarred it back down and were on their way! Very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of these guys. Class act, will call them for our needs and refer them to our friends.
Jenkins Roofing was a pleasure to work with. The service was prompt and they made it very easy to get me through the process of inspection, insurance, and choosing the final colors and roofing type for my home. Jenkins was especially skilled being a middle person between myself and my insurance company. They were able to explain the correct details to adjusters / inspectors which allowed for the approval of our insurance claim to be processed fairly when the insurance company was being difficult with us. Jenkins crew surprised us with their efficiency also because they were able to complete and entire tear off and roofing job in a single day. The crew was nice enough to return the following day to do a very thorough cleanup as well. I would highly recommend working with this company!
I had siding hanging off of my house due to strong winds. I called and the boss himself was nice enough to come out today, on a Sunday, and pull the piece of siding off my house so that it would not blow away. I would highly recommend this company.
