We had our house and garage reroofed and the job was done quickly, the crew were very concerned with keeping the old materials picked up and did a great job. Michael the owner inspected the finished job and explained the warranty and addressed any concerns we had. I highly recommend Exterior Qualities Home Improvement !

Mike and his crew did an excellent job adding to our deck! We used them in 2014 to build our original deck and called them back when we decided to upgrade and add on! Great job, we are so happy with the results!

When they installed my roof they ruined our gutter guards and refused to fix them unless we paid more money for their mistake.
