My husband I won the REMODEL IT FORWARD roofing contest. This was a huge gift for us. The entire experience was great. All the staff from Todd, the office staff, PR team and the installers were unbelievable. Would and will encourage everyone that needs work done to contact this awesome business. We had our siding, gutters, and three windows replaced and were very happy with our experience. It looks great and the crews were very punctual and professional. They worked hard and answered all questions very knowledgeably. I only wish we had decided to replace ALL of our windows because the new ones are so nice! I would recommend this company for sure.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Todd Moore is very dishonest and unprofessional and I personally feel like he tried to take advantage of me because I was young and a single woman. Todd has stole my material and his crew left my house a mess and right now I’m still currently trying to get my house completed and it’s been almost a year! I’ve gotten an attorney and all Todd continues to do is lie about everything but wants to be paid. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and it’s even more disappointing because this is suppose to be a professional company. I could go on and on but I’m just here to let anyone thinking about dealing with this company for anything .. DON’T!!!! Spend the extra money on the next company because he will give you HELL and overcharge as well.

Tri-State replaced the windows, exterior door, and siding for the three-season room addition on the back of our house. The quality of work was excellent and the workers were all professional and courteous. Todd gave us helpful advice throughout the process and made sure we were happy with everything before accepting final payment. I would definitely recommend Tri-State to my family and friends.
