Great company! Sam was awesome! Received a call back within five minutes of my inquiry after waiting days for another Toledo company to return my call (which never happened). Johnson Roofing came out to inspect some shingle loss from storm and working with my insurance company, the entire roof was replaced with the only expenses being our deductible. And the crew installing the roof were awesome too! Couldn't be happier with Johnson Roofing and their team! Highly recommend!

I used Johnson Roofing last summer and hired them to tear off 2 layers and put on a brand new one. I am more than thrilled to have chosen them. There was challenges that my family and Johnson had to overcome which is funny looking back now. My street went under a full road repair for about 2 months. Which caused a delay but it was still way worth it.nnLet me start off with my project manager Scott Dunckel. This guy was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better project manager than him. His knowledge, demeanor, patience and willing to take a few jokes (as well as have some fun back) just made my families experience so over the top.nnI can also say I appreciate that he didn't try to force any of the packages on us. When we made our choices he was like great. I understand why salesman do what they do but, he wasn't there to squeeze every penny out of us.nnOnce my street was complete we picked a date. Ironically, major summer storms decided to delay us. Which there is nothing any of us could do about it. Outdoor jobs have to respect mother nature and when its not good out there you have to keep everyone safe.nnThe install crew showed up bright and early on a Saturday morning and away they went. The crew from bits and pieces that I saw were well organized and very thorough. I truly was amazed at how fast our 2 layers of old shingles came off. Then there was some spots that they had to replace some boarding but we all new that after Scott's inspection.nnOnce the repairs were complete, that roof was done in no time. I want to say the whole tear off, small repairs and the new shingles were done in 5 hours. Afterwards I found out that the crew was going to another location to do the same thing on another home. Amazing!nnScott came by several times through out the day to check on the progress. That meant a lot given that it was a Saturday and I believe he had something going on but still took the time for us.nnThe following week, Scott came by for the final inspection to which we all agreed, the projector was complete. It was an absolute satisfying experience not only from Scott, the install crew but Johnson Roofing company. They know what they're doing and I have been recommending them out to friends and family. In fact, my own parents used them to install brand new gutters later last summer.nnThank you to Scott, Crew and the Johnson Company.

We had our roof completely redone; both shingles and a flat deck. We had three different companies quote our project, and chose Johnson because of the attentiveness and fair pricing. We worked with Scott, and he made the process very easy. He was friendly and attentive, without being pushy. We really felt Scott and Johnson Roofing valued our business. They worked with our schedules. The job was done promptly and well. Our new roof is lovely. They did a great job cleaning up, and their hardworking crew was a pleasure to have working on our home. Scott came out to the site to check on the work, and followed up to make sure we were happy with our investment. I would recommend Johnson Roofing.
