Very affordable and clean hotel. Ben was super accommodating, and so kind and patient. His professionalism shines through, even though being the only one up front and answering phones, letting us in the pool, checking in guests, etc. this is our second time here and both times we’ve been so impressed with this employee. The cookies when we checked in were the best we’ve ever had!!! We’ll definitely be back again!
We've stayed here several times. The staff is amazing and the hotel is immaculate, It's located ideally for an overnight stay or an extended stay in the Youngstown area. It's immediately off the interstate and surrounded by several filling stations and eateries and close to several shopping areas. It'salso close enough to downtown Youngstown and the University to mae driving in convenient and quick

Update review... Customer service was very poor and Spence or Spencer was very rude and should not be working any customer service job!!! He hung up on me because I was asking about the new pool policy and then I called back multiple times and he didn’t answer the phone but my husband called from his number and he answered and told me he don’t have to answer every call!!!! I stayed her plenty of times and everything was great but he blew it. I even ask to speak to his manager and he told me he was one of the managers then I asked to speak to his boss and he hung up again! So unprofessional and he makes the whole company look bad! Update: so we went to the hotel in person to see why he kept hanging up on us being rude and he lied his name wasn’t Spence or spencer it is Benjamin Very unprofessional
Nice hotel, near a few places to eat. The keyboard readers flake out sometimes though.
