Extremely reasonable rates. Clean and close to Hollywood casino. If you just need a place to sleep, shower and you're the low maintenance type...this is the place for you.

Let's see where do I begin, they lied about the continental breakfast. It was rubbery eggs and sausage that looked like it had been sitting out for days. The door to the bathroom wouldn't close unless you lifted it up by the handle. Rhe pull out bed on the couch looked old.The staff didn't enforce the mask rules and sometimes they themselves didn't wear a mask. I left on Halloween and when I returned my room door was open. Thank goodness nothing was stolen. But over all the only good thing about the hotel was the bed was comfortable.
The owner who runs the place is definitely trying his best to make sure during the hard times is clean, safe, and enjoyable.nnThe hotel has all the outside doors locked so only guests are able to get in the place is clean and very close to the freeway .nnIf you really need a quick place to sleep they are very happy to help you and if you use priceline or any other service you get the same room as if you booked it with a corporate site . I will definitely use them anytime I am in Austintown plus I was able to bring my dog that was awesome because I travel alone my dog is always with me give them a try !!!!
Hats off to the staff here. Always so friendly & accommodate us superbly with my service dog. We sometimes have longer than expected stats so they probably get sick of us always asking for Utensils frequently at the front desk.nnWhen we’re in our room relaxing we’re never disturbed by other guests trampling through the hallways Or screaming through the walls. The Occupancy limit per room they have in place due to COVID is tremendous also.nnThe facility itself is maintained by some pretty great housekeeping ladies and gentleman! The parking lot is well maintained (aside from those Ohio pot holes of course) lolnnAccess to the building (Requires Face mask) is prohibited to those with room keys only so no random people wondering about bothering any guests.nnThe breakfast they provide even during COVID is sealed and provided in a large enough area for social distancing (mask required) to even take back to your room.nnWe will be returning again I’m sure, so thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay relaxin and enjoyable.
