The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They do still offer continental breakfast at this location. The housekeeping staff definitely did a great job. The front desk staff especially Lisa, are very friendly and accommodating. I stayed for 4 days and I don't have anything bad to say about my stay.
So I cashed in 54 nights for 19,000 choice points. I've been working in this area for 2 months and my wife finally made the trip up here. So I used 10,000 points on the smoking jacuzzi king suite. The hot Tubs jets did not work. I waited till check out and brought it to the lady attention at the front desk. She replied by saying she would have her manager look at it and would be in contact with me regarding some sort of refund. I explained to her I used points and she stated that was ok they would make it right. Still.waiting.right.
Lisa at the desk is amazing and friendly, beds are comfy & the jacuzzi rooms are nice too. Only downside is the pool is still closed ): !! Hopefully it opens too then it’ll definitely be a 5 star (;
In Ohio there is a mask mandate, and this hotel supposedly has one as well. But this morning at breakfast, which was served as normal, there were many people without masks, and in clear view of the person at the front desk. Breathing maskless on the bagels, juices and waffles...nnin addition, the cleaning staff was roaming the halls maskless...nStay way if you want to be safe
No pool open even though the site i booked through said pool was open, hallways smell of weed, and not one room with a bath tub never stayed at a hotel with just a shower!!! Would not stay again. Room was clean only plus side.
