Has been being under construction for years now at least 2 . rooms are in need of a GOOD cleaning not just clean linen. Walls are discolored and room is dainty from dust and debris.
The room was clean, and the location was within walking distance of a large shopping area. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Know that the hotel is being renovated, so you might see some old with the new.
Clean rooms and decently priced. Customer service skills of employees could use much improvement though.
The stay was ok had everything we needed but the place has went down hill needs renovated.
We've stayed in this hotel several times before. The location is excellent; the room was comfortable and quiet. We missed a regular breakfast very much, but that isn't the fault of the hotel. Minor issues included a not-so-friendly check in including not being offered our Choice status reward and a empty food bag left in the room from a prior guest.
