If you hate the smell of pot seeping in from other apartments, don't stay here (so strong I had to open doors to get fresh air several times a day). Unit quite unclean at move-in. Years of stain and crud on walls, cabinet doors, etc. Kitchen cabinets and drawers with years of dirty finger stain buildup, floors very dirty. Also be sure to get a price quote that includes all the fees and taxes, which are substantial. I would not complain if I only paid the base price of $279, but at $379/wk I expect better. I suggest moving some of that groundskeeping expense into hiring a professional cleaning crew for move-outs.
Its nice place to stay, i was there in Oct,2015 for 2 weeks. Had wonderful stay and great service provided by team. Thanks
Not a bad place to stay. Under new management and starting to look better.
Room was clean, no problems.
This is my third time staying here. The places are clean, modern and have everything to make you feel at home. Adam is a great manager at the Holland Ohio location, he goes above and beyond in hospitality.
