We needed a place to stay while in town and this worked fine. The majority of the place (lobby & room) were pretty clean, the elevators were pretty dirty. It's very quiet, probably because their restaurant and bar are closed because of COVID and the pool is closed for maintenance at the moment. There are vending machines for drinks and snacks and a few other small items but they are not all working and stocked. Staff is friendly when I have had to talk to them and there is a mini fridge, microwave, and single cup coffee brewer in the room.
I made reservations according to the amenities that were offered. I was told that there was a fitness room, hot tub, food/bar and pool. The only amenity that was available was the pool and an unfriendly bar. The bartender was rude and not customer friendly. He messed up my order 2 times w adding 2 additional drinks to my order. Instead of providing good service to me, the customer, he gave away my 2 extra drinks to someone else when it was my order he messed up. I am very disappointed. The staff at the desk were very nice though.
The bedding was dirty and had hair on the pillow cases. The shower handle fell off in my hand when I went to turn it on. The pool water was very cold. The shower water wasnt very warm. The tub took forever to drain. There are holes in the wall where the outlets are. The room had a bad smell. They need new mattresses. It was stained like someone peed on it. Overall I will never stay at that hotel again. I'm going home to shower cause I feel dirty.
The location is incredible. Oceanview from the room. Floor to ceiling windows. The atmosphere was so relaxing and breathtaking. Only concern was there was no real enforcement of mask wearing and restaurants were closed.
Very underwhelming from the moment you put up . It's dark and seedy. Seems lime it was a beautiful hotel 25 years ago. But not sure if there done a thing to it since. The outside is dark and I'm not sure I feel safe here. Hall lights flickering and closet door busted and off the tracks and the closet had dirty towel in the thing. And the tub itself..... There is nothing that makes me want to stay tonight other than. The beautiful and very friendly front desk clerk. She is the only bright spot in an otherwise dreary night.
