Folks running the park could care less about the residents. Break ins? temporarily hires a security company and then doesn't tell the residents they got rid of the company. Shady as can Be. Gave an extra star because the park is nice.
Horrible place to live! Management has poor attitudes and scam artist! They will sneak in fees and raise your lot rent over $100 , monthly water bills that people pay usually every 3 months price. Anytime you voice your opinion or make any complaint you become a target and harassed. Heavy drug use and break ins. The people are the only thing nice here other then that if you plan on living here have a big time paying job and plan on price hikes and pay attention to all bills and water they are scam artist. And never speak your mind unless you wanna be harassed by the ogor in the office who seems to always maintain a poor attitude.
