Clean, quiet, I just hate the parking. You have to constantly move vehicles around to get in or out. Does have a nice park for kids. Has a pool, but have not used it yet.
We don't live there but some family does. Very nice clean place. People in office are very nice!
Live here for 3 years now. Love it. Yes the lot rent is high and there are rules. The lot rent and rules keep it clean and nice.
What can l say my friends seem to be happy there, cause if they weren't they would most definitely be moving.
They took solong to approve us for the park our trailer got sold out from under us. Then i asked if they had any others and they show us 2 trashed trailers. Dont waste time or money here
