When my friends had nowhere they could find to go they recently have moved into trailer park. Not sure about anything bc I've never been personally.
Was gonna buy a place in the process of buying lot 33 and someone caught it on fire 19th of july and the manager Leo Zilba is supposed to give my money back for lot 33 and 34 today and I guess he was playing games on the phone and high or drunk on something.. I thought he was decent human being and doing the right thing. But today I find out he is a scam artist and guess gotta press charges. I didn't want to have to but he left me no choice we need our money back we don't have a home. How can he play people like this... If he ends up doing the right thing I will write a better review. But right now I am so hurt.. I thought he was a nice person at first that was a act to get our 1480 bucks... if anyone has information I need to know about him please let me know also need the owners names. Will be contacting the BBB and police departments.
They need to demolish them trailer park homes , they are a sight for sore eyes, absolutely not fit to live in . I drove by there with a friend it's so sad how they keep those trailers half are empty falling apart. It's trash everywhere . It's a mess definitely is not fit for a human being not even a dog. I'm jus saying .
Tried to rent a trailer here. Made an appointment with the owner 3 different times and all 3 times got blown off. Do NOT recomend
ALL TRAILERS ARE INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN THERE!!! INSPECT FOR BUGS!!!! HIRE A PROPER MAINTENANCE PERSON! I HAVE OUTLETS THAT DONT WORK ALL OVER! IMPROPER FUSE BOX. EVERYTHING IS RUN OFF 3 FUSES IN THIS WORTHLESS PLACE! IVE CALLED REPORTED AND DONE EVERYTHING! WE ARE CURRENT ON OUR BILLS BUT ARE STILLS GETTING LETTERS SAYING WE STILL OWE! THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS GOING TO HAVE A LAWSUIT COMING FROM ME IF THEY DO NOT CONTACT ME! IVE HAD TO THROW AWAY EVERYTHING ME AND MY KIDS OWN BECAUSE THE INFESTATION IS SO BAD NOTHING IS GETTING RID OF THEM!
