I usually do not leave reviews for any place but wow! I was so pleased (and am still pleased currently) with my stay at the residence inn. The room is very clean and feels very homey, and the inn is in a perfect location. You are surrounded by food choices that are a 5-10 minute walk away and a 1-3 minute drive away. The manager Kelly was amazing and so helpful. My girlfriend and I were struggling to find a place to stay at that wasn't booked and right when we were ready to turn around and go home, we found the residence inn. Thank you so much to Kelly for all of your help!nnI would highly recommend the Residence Inn in Toledo to anybody!
The staff is helpful and friendly. I asked for an upgrade and I got it. Whatever I asked for within reason, I received. Also the place is in a good location surrounded by shopping and restaurants. I have been traveling around the country staying in quite a few of Residence Inns and I would say this is the third best out of about 30. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I miss the full breakfast buffets , the social nights , and swimming.
Great customer service and rooms were very clean. I felt very comfortable during my stay.
Newer Residence Inn so everything is clean and nice. Within walking distance of a couple restaurants.
*READ THIS ONE* I too read some of those low rated reviews...,but this is my THIRD week of staying in this hotel multiple nights. I have zero complaints! I heard a dog.....once ..and for all I know it was outside. Haven't even seen a pet since I've been here. No parties, nothing bad at all and the staff have been amazing!! The rooms are huge and the great rate $ speak for themselves. BoOk tHiS oNe if you are staying in the area!! Best suite for office work in Toledo!!
